Welcome to Pickup Doody. By using our website, requesting a quote, or signing up for service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Service

Pickup Doody provides residential dog waste removal service in the Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, and McKinney, Texas area. We offer recurring weekly and every-other-week service plans, as well as one-time yard cleanups.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you provide (number of dogs, yard size, yard condition, and add-on selections). Final pricing is determined by the service plan you select when accepting your quote.

• Weekly and every-other-week service prices are per visit.
• Billing is calculated on a monthly cycle based on your per-visit rate.
• One-time cleanup pricing varies by yard size, condition, and number of dogs.
• Add-on services (such as deodorizer, sanitizing, or front yard service) are priced separately and shown during the quote process.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any change to your recurring service rate takes effect.

3. Starting Offers

We may offer promotional starting options when you sign up for recurring service. These currently include:

• Free Initial Cleanup — Your first yard cleanup is free when you commit to a minimum service period (currently 8 weeks / 2 months). You may cancel anytime after the minimum period.
• No Commitment — Standard initial cleanup pricing applies with no minimum service commitment.

Promotional offers are subject to change and may vary by signup method. The specific terms of the offer you select are shown during the quote and checkout process.

4. Service Schedule

Once signed up, we will contact you to confirm your first service date and recurring service day. We aim to provide service on the same day each week (or every other week). Occasional schedule changes may occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances, and we will notify you when possible.

5. Weather and Service Delays

Severe weather (heavy rain, ice, extreme heat advisories) may require us to delay or reschedule a visit. We will make up missed visits when possible. You will not be charged for visits that are not performed.

6. Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe access to your yard on service days. If you have a gate, please provide the gate code during signup or notify us of any changes. If we are unable to access your yard on a scheduled service day, the visit may be marked as skipped.

• Please secure pets that may interfere with service or pose a safety concern to our technician.
• Please remove or secure any items in the yard that could obstruct service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information and service address details. You are responsible for notifying us of changes to your address, gate code, number of dogs, or service needs.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring service at any time by contacting us. If you signed up with a promotional offer that included a free initial cleanup, cancellation before completing the minimum commitment period (currently 8 weeks) will result in a charge for the initial cleanup at the standard one-time rate. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

9. Billing and Payment

By completing the signup and payment process, you authorize Pickup Doody to securely save your payment card through Stripe and charge it according to your selected service plan and billing cycle.

• Recurring service is billed monthly based on your per-visit rate and service frequency.
• Payment is processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Pickup Doody does not store your raw card numbers.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. Continued payment failure may result in service suspension.

10. Add-On Services

Add-on services such as deodorizer, sanitizing treatment, and front yard service are available at additional cost. Recurring add-ons are billed as part of your regular service. One-time add-ons are charged for a single visit only.

11. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages during checkout, you agree to receive SMS messages from Pickup Doody related to your quote, service updates, scheduling, and account information.

• Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

• SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can complete signup without opting in to text messages.

12. Limitation of Liability

Pickup Doody provides pet waste removal services on a best-effort basis. While we take care to perform our work thoroughly, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to lawns, landscaping, or property.
• Illness or injury to pets or people not caused by our direct negligence.
• Damage resulting from weather, pests, or other factors outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service visit in question.

13. Website Use

Our website and quote calculator are provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service signup. You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
