Pickup Doody ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at pickupdoody.org and provides dog waste removal services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

When you request a quote or sign up for service, we collect:

• Name — to identify your account and communicate with you.
• Phone number — to contact you about your service, quote, and scheduling.
• Email address — if provided, for account communications.
• Service address (street, city, ZIP code) — to perform service at your location.
• Gate code — if provided, to access your yard on service days.
• Quote and service selections — number of dogs, yard size, service frequency, add-ons, and selected offer.
• Billing references — Stripe customer ID and payment method identifiers (card brand, last 4 digits, expiration). We do not store your full card number, CVC, or other raw payment credentials.
• SMS consent records — whether you opted in to receive text messages, the date of consent, and the source (website checkout or QR code checkout).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and schedule your dog waste removal service.
• Send you your quote and communicate about your account.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Send text messages about your service (if you opted in).
• Improve our service and operations.

3. Payment Information

All payment card information is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you enter your card during checkout, it is transmitted directly to Stripe's servers. Pickup Doody does not receive, process, or store your raw card number, CVC, or full expiration date. We only store Stripe's reference identifiers (such as customer ID, payment method ID, card brand, and last 4 digits) to manage your billing.

4. SMS Communications

If you choose to opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Pickup Doody, we may send messages related to your quote, scheduling, service reminders, on-the-way notifications, service completion updates, billing notifications, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing service.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers, including Twilio, only as necessary to deliver SMS communications on our behalf.

Once you opt out, we will not send you automated text messages unless you opt in again. We do not automatically re-opt in customers who have opted out.

5. Service Providers

We share your information with the following service providers as necessary to operate our business:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your payment card information directly and processes charges on our behalf. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — application database and server infrastructure. Your account and service data is stored on Supabase's cloud platform. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Twilio — SMS delivery. If you opt in to text messages, your phone number, SMS consent status, and message content may be processed by Twilio only as necessary to deliver SMS communications on our behalf. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — website hosting. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and service information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to support billing records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses browser local storage to save your quote progress and prevent duplicate submissions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights

You may:

• Request to see the personal information we have about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and billing retention requirements).
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
